The plant they came from was only in operation for a year or so and the application was Lime slurry on a very large scrubber… so not very abrasive.

These pumps look to have done no or almost no work… see the impeller has almost no wear, and the rubber casing looks like it also has no wear.

A49 in the impeller part number F6058HE1A49 6VC means it’s a wear resistant cast metal unit , the design is 6 vane closed high efficiency impeller with a max particle pass size of 65mm . the liners are rubber material with material code S02 which is an acid and base resistant material. Its fitted with Burgman Mechanical Seal.

On one of them the motor terminal box got partially detached by scrap thieves and its reading 1 meg to earth… which means it will require a motor rebuild to be reliable …. Hopefully just a wash bake and varnish not a rewind
