Cone Crushers
Cone crushers generally are used within a crushing circuit and after some form of primary crushing such as a jaw crusher. The main reason for using after a primary crusher is so they can be fed a uniform product that has no large pieces in it. The mantle gaps will only accept a certain size product and larger pieces would eventually block the feed from getting to the crushing mantles. Can be used as a secondary or tertiary crusher in most crushing circuits.
Second-hand cone crushers would benefit from a full pull down and rebuild so you know they are in good working order prior to installing in the crushing circuit. There are many makes, models, and sizes to suit any ore type and throughputs. Generally, ascertain what size and model you require prior to looking to purchase
