CARBON STRIPPING PLANT FOR HIRE

The Carbon stripping plant and carbon columns are mounted on two separate skids,

1) The box with roof is a diesel fired carbon stripping circuit capable of stripping 2 ton of loaded carbon per day and includes a matched electrowinning circuit, a ton of carbon if loaded correctly can hold up to 4kg of gold, so if the unit is used to its full extent an operator could potentially earn $600k per day (depending on gold price)

The carbon column skid consists of 2 x 2 ton lagged stainless steel tanks, 1 x 1000l stainless steel acid tank with a separate acid digest circuit, Kasson screen, amalgam barrel & 30kva Diesel genset.

The unit was designed and built to be relocatable,  The Carbon Columns & Stripping Plant can be hooked into a CIP/CIL or a vat/heap leach circuit either as a whole unit or as 2 separate units, if used as a complete unit it is capable of processing dirty carbon, oxide & sulphide ore and includes a small acid digest circuit. as such it is a very versatile machine and will allow a miner with processable ore to get into production very quickly.

At present, I’m currently using the 3 carbon columns & skid including the Genset and Kason screen on our Project, however I can make these available if the client requires.
