76mm Anchor Chain for Sale (USED)

LARGE ANCHOR CHAIN AVAILABLE FOR SALE.

We have recently procured and cleaned over 600m of Used 76mm Anchor Chain that we are selling by the meter (Enquire for price. Bulk purchase discounts available). Suitable for a range of purposes outlined below.

We are looking to give this chain a second life through creative use, rather than scrapping (as it is still extremely strong and has a great, rustic aesthetic – not to mention the environmental benefits).

PLEASE NOTE ANCHOR CHAIN IS MEASURED BY THE DIAMETER OF EACH LINK NOT THE LENGTH. THIS IS LARGE, MARINE GRADE ANCHORE CHAIN.

We have sold this chain to various agriculture businesses to be used as drag chains for harrowing, land clearing, farm road erosion barriers, parking lot demarcations, farm boundary lines etc. This helps keep the roads from degrading, not to mention that it looks great. Of course, it can be laid next to dams, rivers and streams to achieve the same result (slowing down erosion, building strong boundaries/walls).

The chain is currently stored in our Bullsbrook (WA), available for delivery or collection.

We have also had success selling to various other aquaculture businesses to be used as part of fish farm infrastructure. Used anchor chain is the perfect, cost-effective solution for securing your fish farm infrastructure. Heavy enough to keep pens, nets, and moorings firmly in place, while it offers the flexibility to contour to the seabed, reducing wear on ropes and minimising seabed disturbance. The pitting on the chain helps jumpstart marine growth, giving life to new biodiversity. Built for harsh marine conditions, it performs reliably in saltwater even after years of service, giving you dependable ballast without the high cost of new chain. By choosing repurposed chain, you’re not only saving money but also supporting a sustainable, environmentally responsible solution for your aquaculture operations (Not to mention the positive PR stories that go with it).
